Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export, subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or technical failures of third-party services.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and dremonalix.top Ltd regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
